With an engineering background and extensive experience across multiple industries including semiconductor and technology development projects, Solla brings a unique technical perspective to their role.

Mr. Paul Burton is responsible for shaping and implementing Aviation Week Network (AWN) strategy for the Asia Pacific region. His portfolio spans all areas of AWN, including data, consultancy, marketing services and events. Prior to joining AWN, Mr. Burton held various roles at Jane’s, including Research Director, Managing Editor, and Asia-Pacific Business Development Director. He specializes in helping aerospace and defence clients to develop their strategies and deliver projects that exceed the needs of senior stakeholders in Primes and government agencies. Mr. Burton has extensive experience in Japan, being a regular visitor to Tokyo and Nagoya to provide market forecast and strategic briefings to various government departments and manufacturers.

첸 추안런 씨는 매일 동남아시아와 중국 지역에서 항공 관련 소식을 빠르고 정확하게 제공하며, 관련 항공 및 방산 분야에 대한 분석과 해설을 제공하고 있습니다. 그의 방산 분야 전문 지식은 공군, 육군, 해군을 모두 포함합니다.
AWN에 합류하기 전에는 싱가포르 공군(RSAF) 방공 및 작전 사령부에서 정규 군인으로 근무했습니다. 그는 연중무휴로 싱가포르 영공의 항공 감시 및 방공 작전 유지, 싱가포르 비행 정보 지역 내 수색 및 구조 작전 수행, 민간 기관과의 항공 교통 관제 조율 업무를 담당했습니다.
Mr. Chen Chuan Ren is responsible for providing fast and accurate aviation content in Southeast Asia and China region in a daily basis as well as giving analysis and commentary on relevant aviation and defence topics. His expertise in defence covers the air, land and sea domain.
Prior joining AWN, Mr. Chen is a regular serviceman in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Air Defence and Operations Command. His roles include maintaining 24/7 air surveillance and air defence operations of Singapore’s airspace, executing search and rescue operations within the Singapore Flight Information Region as well as coordinating air traffic control with civilian counterparts.
