Matthieu Elsen
Senior Sales Manager, Commercial Airlines
Matthieu Elsen is the Senior Avionics Sales Manager for Commercial Airlines in the Asia Pacific region. His area of specialties are Surveillance, ADS-B technology, voice and flight data recorders, and Iridium-SATCOM systems. In this leadership role, he works closely with operators selecting and supporting ADS-B implementation through TCAS, SafeRoute+ and ATSAW hardware and operator selected software applications. He also leads the sales team within the APAC region for selecting new recorder installations meeting upcoming mandates, as well as retrofit solutions and the recently added flight data analysis services focused on Flight Data Management, Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) and regulatory verification services.
Matthieu has over 15 years’ experience and leadership in the aerospace sector. Prior to his current position at L3Harris, he was the Senior Aftermarket Sales & Services Manager for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for managing aftermarket retrofit opportunities for avionics voice and data recorders, collision avoidance systems, and navigation products. Prior to that Mr. Elsen was a Customer Support Engineer at Aviation Communications & Surveillance Systems (ACSS), an L3Harris and Thales company. He began his career at ACSS as a Systems Engineer Technical Lead.
Mr. Elsen holds a dual Master’s degree in electrical engineering from both the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago and the Graduate Electrical Engineering University (ENSEA), Paris, France.
Everett Brady
General Manager, Flight Data Services
Everett Brady is the General Manager for L3Harris Flight Data Services. In May of 2018, Everett joined L3Harris Flight Data Services to lead the US branch of the company and further expand their already impressive impact on aviation safety. By providing objective per-flight analysis, his team enriches the information available to safety managers and flight crews. Their Flight Operations Quality Assurance service has helped to make meaningful improvements in aviation safety using real global data.
Everett’s career spans from humble beginnings fueling airplanes to leading the Command Center of a top-10 airport and is a Commercial Certificated pilot with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings. He holds two degrees: a B.S. in Aeronautics – Professional Pilot emphasis; and a B.S. in Air Traffic Management.
As a youth he was highly active in the Civil Air Patrol, rising to the grade of Captain and rank of Cadet Commander. He is currently a member in the Deer Valley Composite Squadron 302, striving toward Mission Pilot status.
